Received email suggesting Save Big for electronic auction". Requires you sign-up to really see how they work/. Sign-up automatically charges $99 to your credit card, which is not clearly disclosed?. When realized charge had gone through, not just used to verify age, immediately asked for a refund,. When one not given, decided to see how it worked, then found out each bid, whether you win or not, costs you?. Asked again for refund and none:. Tried to cancel on site and when asked to sign in again, could not.. Have disputed with credit card Co and expect full refund'. If not, will join any class action against them. 1286576

SAVE BIG DOES NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCTS and when you email them there is never an answer. They deducted the money from my account and I never received what I purchased. As of late they also have no products to auction. This site is a big scam.

Yes I agree, you are stuck with buying bids when you sign up.I thought they wanted my credit card number in case I wanted TO bid, like e-bay. All the sudden they charge you 100.00 bucks There is nothing to bid on except fake jewelry

I have been hoodwinked! There is nothing of value to bid on...not for the past month or in the near future. I advise against getting involved unless there is a BIG turn around. I keep hoping they will surprise me & make the site a fun place to go to. Right now a BIG disappointment! Buyer Be Aware!!!!

I totally agree. I tried to see how it worked and see me charged, and forced to play their game. I want my money back.

1) Dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY with your credit card company

2) My credit card company asked me to prove that savebig was a scam. I showed them complaints on this site saying the same thing as my complaint, then my credit card company refunded my money.

I was not able to get a refund via savebig reps. They told me that there were no refunds on bids.
