I've tried SaveBig and thought what a great idea. Well, it turns out to be a big rip off. No products, no customer service person will have their phone number". Message at phone number (on my cc bill) says that their customer is now closed and to use their contact information on their web site/. What a bunch of nonsense?. It's everywhere,. People making money because they are too lazy to get a real job, making honest money.. They think they are getting by with it, but God knows what they did:. Thank goodness, I did not loose much". I am very frustrated about this crap and will be more aware and check things out in the future!. Unfortunately, some of us have to learn the hard way and I'm tired of learning things that way. 128617f

I get replys about new merchandise coming up for auction but never an answer to my inquiries about my winnings. I did receive a package of their junk items that I had won and only 3 of the more expensive (1 blk fresh water pearls and 2 bracelets}. They say have shipped several other items and would send me a tracking no. never received no or items. I won another blk pearls and 3 white fresh water pearls and I received 5 pearls which were definately not real pearls and when I complained, of course, again no response. I then received a watch I had won. All other penny auctions the I have been involved in were always promp in their deliveries and I had no trouble finding a phone no if I needed it, this one I can not find a no. They were not slow at taking my money off my credit card, they have my money and I have nothing, and their shipping is nearly always $9.99. |

Written by dizzybidder on January 9, 2012 from seattle, washington, US Patience is a virtue I posted about this sight also and I did recieve my order two days ago it was all used or returned products very dissatisfied with their products over all I will never bother with their sight again only one product seems to be of any good and that was the solar charger it was open and looked like it had been returned. the stuff came from hong kong I placed my order on 12-1-11 and just recieved on 1-7-12, you just might recieve it yet. good luck |
